“ Have been coming to this restaurant for years and came back since I am passing through town. This is the best Indian food I have ever had (lived across the country and eaten Indian in the UK). These are my favorite dishes: Aloo mutter mushroom - an absolute creamy vegetarian delight Butter chicken- great classic Chili chicken- unique chicken dish Lamb curry- right level of curry balance and super tender lamb Can't say enough good thi gs about this food. Extremely consistent every visit and worth coming to FSJ for. ”
“ Delicious food and great service. I eat here every time I’m in Fort St John. I love the mango lassi (I don’t think it’s on the menu so make sure you ask for it!). Keep in mind they close very early. I wish they would serve chai, but I understand that because they make their food from scratch they can’t accommodate another thing they need to make from scratch. ”
“ This place is not open for Dine-in. I hung out for the 15 min my meal took and watched just how busy and efficiently this place was ran, both good signs. Owners were very polite and attentive and sounded like effective communication coming from the kitchen. My dish was incredibly fresh with the perfect (medium) amount of spice. Lamb was so tender it seemed like it was slow cooked for hours. Perfectly cooked rice and hot naan bread. Highly recommend. ”

I stay in town for 8 weeks and order and take out every afternoon. Talking with owner who is busy in open kitchen, very accomodating, use fresh produce for food.
